Cinco de Mayo

In honor of Cinco de Mayo, I made a quick batch of guacamole this morning before work . . . and showed the ingredient remnants to prove I didn't just buy a container at the store . . .


  1. This looks excellent, Tom. I like guacamole but am really turned off by the browning of it when exposed for more than ten minutes and the constant stirring that follows.

  2. Lots of lime juice keeps it from oxidizing . . . it stayed this color until it was all gone.
