Omino last night, I had the following:
hamachi (amberjack),
sawara (Japanese Spanish mackerel),
shimaaji (white trevally),
honmaguro (bluefin tuna),
tobiuo (flying fish),
hiramasa (yellowtail),
Spanish mackerel, and
shiromaguro (albacore tuna). The picture is of the hamachi . . .
